To be an excellent writer - well, if you ask me, to be good at anything - you have to be curious enough to seek the truth, and therefore the beauty, in everything.

Suffice to say I find spray gun systems very beautiful. I got this way by writing lots of true digital stories about them (and much else) for the 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division.

Same with 3M's abrasives, and of course tape. When you get to work with people who are uniformly passionate about the products they create and market, all this truth-seeking business becomes really fun.
